Created by Terry Herc Games

Five one-shot nightmares in a slimy little box.

Latest Updates from Our Project:

Crowdfunding complete! Plus Worm PDFs and next steps!
8 months ago – Fri, Feb 27, 2026 at 03:32:36 PM

Good news: the outbreak spread.

Worms Worms Worms is funded and that happened because of you.

Thank you for backing this campaign, sharing it, and helping push it across the finish line. Seriously, thank you. We are grateful you trusted us (and this parasite-ridden box of suffering).

You can find all 5 Worms PDFs in the backer-only section of this update. We will also fulfil your wormy PDFs (and add-ons) later through BackerKit and DriveThruRPG.

What happens next:

Here’s the sequence from here:
  1. Survey timing: Estimated in mid April
  2. Print proof: planned to arrive in early April
  3. Manufacturing: Planned in May to support October campaign fulfilment
  4. Shipping charges: Due to global shipping volatility, we will be charging shipping closer to the fulfilment date.

We will keep you posted with clear updates as we move through the campaign.

Thanks again for feeding the outbreak,

-Terry Herc

DIGITAL PARASITE (trifold pamphlet)

The Dragonfly finishes harvesting a xenon nebula… with a nanite-infected android onboard.

Add-on Arsenal #2 - Scott Garriott (Molgannard Press)
8 months ago – Thu, Feb 19, 2026 at 06:38:26 AM

Good news: the infestation goes holy.

In our second installment of Add-on Arsenal, we feature the writing talents of Scott Garriott. With his publishing imprint, Molgannard Press, Scott brings a menu of religious sci-fi horror, corporate dread, and sandbox madness:

  • Campaign starter sandbox: The Sins of Eden Prime
  • Two-shot double feature: Echoes of Eden Prime
  • One-night station horror: The Gasping Light
  • 2-4h corporate retreat chase: Corporate Survival
  • Hostage negotiator thriller: The Ship Who Swallowed a Spider

If you only grab one, get Sins of Eden Prime for a campaign backbone, or The Gasping Light for a brutal run-tonight session.

THE SINS OF EDEN PRIME (62-page point-crawl sandbox)

A fallen religious colony built to bring its people closer to God… until Mother (an AI) and Father (a tentacled robotic overseer) turned salvation into a hunting ground.
  • Point-crawl sandbox with factions & moving parts
  • 40+ tables (encounters, NPCs, mutations, items, more)
  • Drop-in campaign starter that can fuel multiple sessions
If you like gothic sci-fi and “every choice feels like heresy,” this is the big one.

ECHOES OF EDEN PRIME (26 pages, two one-shots)

Two self-contained one-shots you can drop into any campaign:
  • Moonbase Sonata: a madman, cyborg-zombie servants, and a night marching to crescendo
  • The Prophet’s Mesa: a remote commune and a “blessing” you should not drink
Run one as a detour or chain both as a mini-arc lead-in to Sins of Eden Prime.

THE GASPING LIGHT (12-page one-shot)

You’re hired as auxiliary crew to study the Radiant Nexus, a breathing point of light inside a glass station run by monks.
  • 3-6 hour session with locations, NPCs, and escalating wrongness
  • Encounters shift depending on whether you’re “witnessing” or not
  • This campaign offers the first-ever print run for this zine!

CORPORATE SURVIVAL (trifold pamphlet)

You’ve been invited to a corporate retreat with team-building… and a “special announcement about employment.”
  • 2-4 hour chase across a 3-level resort dome
  • Built to run fast with panic, cover-ups, and corporate security

THE SHIP WHO SWALLOWED A SPIDER (trifold pamphlet)

A distress signal. An advanced research ship. Mercenaries on the bridge. Hostages. And an AI helping you… for totally normal reasons.
  • 4-6 hour hostage situation
  • Great for groups who like talk first / shoot later / regret always

Special pricing is only available through this campaign. Review your pledge level and add-ons to get all the extras.

Thanks for feeding the outbreak,

-Terry Herc

Add-on Arsenal #1 - Clive Lancaster (Skinkworks Games)
8 months ago – Tue, Feb 17, 2026 at 09:07:55 AM

Good news: the infestation goes deeper.

Beyond the parasite-soaked pamphlets, this campaign has a pile of add-ons, extras, and bundles. Clive Lancaster (writer and layout wizard) brought three options for Wardens who want fast, nasty, table-ready sci-fi horror.

Upgrade your pledge in seconds:
  • Run tonight mini-arc (1-2 sessions): Milk Run
  • Quick side-job: An Ear for Trouble
  • $2 forever-tool: D100 Space Junk

To grab them: click Manage Pledge -> Add-ons. Or upgrade to the PDF Adventure Library / Box Set Collector Bundle for the best value.

MILK RUN (12-page zine)

A medical aid vessel in distress… snared in the tentacles of a vast void jellyfish. Help them. Board them. Salvage them. Or learn what’s really happening when it’s already too late.
  • Keyed ship map & player-facing version
  • Stats included for NPCs, the ship, and void jelly
  • Plugs into a campaign or runs as a brutal one-shot
  • Bonus: void jelly lore echoes in our adventure Worm Jelly (see our last update for the PDF preview!)

AN EAR FOR TROUBLE (trifold pamphlet)

A noir caper in the back rooms of Club Nebula, where the wrong people are high on the wrong thing, and it’s about to become a huge problem.
  • Skeezy nightclub with desperate enforcers & cartel goons
  • Ties into the drug from Milk Run (and what happens when you take too much)
  • Perfect as a “we should not be here” opener or a nasty mid-campaign detour

D100 SPACE JUNK (2 pages, system-agnostic)

Need a travel complication right now? Roll a d100 and throw something weird at their ship.
  • Derail a course, complicate a chase, start a session cold
  • Works for Mothership or any space system
  • Cheap, reusable, always useful

If you want more Mothership with less prep:
  • Get Milk Run + An Ear for Trouble in the PDF Adventure Library or Box Set Collector Bundle tiers
  • Add D100 Space Junk as a digital add-on from any tier
  • Campaign pricing for add-ons is cheaper than retail (discounts end when the campaign ends)

Thanks for feeding the outbreak,
